Strange then no mention of it prior and apparently not in Junker's diary when this week's engagements were published.

When asked if May is preparing a new offer on Brexit divorce bill the spokeswoman said May had set her terms out in the Florence speech.
Yep but didn't she also say on Friday that there could be more to say on it at the summit ?
