This is an index which measures the opinion of small businesses on the economic conditions in the country.
Another solid reading for the index, the headline is the highest since 1983. That barely beats the recent peak of 107.5 posted for the November reading.
Not a major data point by any means but at least shows that business sentiment is still relatively healthy in the US.
