Federal Reserve Presidents Bullard, Mester and Williams spoke during the US timezone
I have seen plenty of references to them in morning notes being circulated in early Asia. But, I haven't seen mention of the other Federal Reserve speaker overnight, Eric S. Rosengren President of the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston.
He spoke in an interview, reported by the Wall Street Journal, and for whatever reason it appears to have slipped under the radar. I posted on it here
