The US Senate is believed to be moving to a vote on the $1.3 trillion spending bill
Adam had the news here when the bill was approved by the House earlier. Now the bill needs to go through the Senate vote to avoid another government shutdown by midnight.
At this point, it appears that it's more of a formality more than anything else.
