Here's the latest on today's notable expiries for the 14.00 GMT cut 12 Sept

  • EURUSD: 1.1650 (EUR1.7bln) 1.1700 (905m) 1.1850 (780m) 1.2000 (610m)
  • USDJPY: 108.25 (USD 530m) 109.25-30 (540m) 109.60-70 (675m) 109.80 (400) 110.00 (405m)
  • GBPUSD: Nothing of note
  • AUDUSD: Nothing of note

Nothing really to make impact today.

Yesterday's AUDUSD expiries at 0.8060 that I highlighted certainly helped cap eh? Eamonn earlier today gave you the heads up on the large AUDUSD ones rolling off (0.8010 AUD 1.73bln) on Thurs 14th.

Yesterday's large EURUSD contracts also made an impact even if 1.1930 wasn't ultimately tested prior or after.

Remember that these are "vanilla" options so still in play right up to expiry at 14.00 GMT even if breached in the meantime unlike barrier options which cease to be once hit. The actual amounts can change right up to expiry.
