Home lending data for Australia:

• Prior was +0.7%
• Investment lending -4.0% vs +1.5% expected
• Owner-occupied loan value +3.2% vs +1.5% exp

These numbers are good but the data is outweighed by some of the cautious commentary on wage growth in the Statement on Monetary Policy.
