China to enhance protection for foreign investors

• Will further ease market access for foreign investments
• To set up negative list for foreign investments
• Want to remove approvals for most foreign investments

China’s ministry of commerce doing it’s bit to roll out the red carpet to outside investors while easing the way for money to flow the other way. They are seeking opinion on a draft foreign investment law.
