Oil - private survey inventory data shows smaller than expected build in crude stocks

I don't know how relevant this is given the storm disruptions (on this ... I have heard the occasional muttering/screaming from the rooftops that this data point is always irrelevant :-D)

Reuters polling had the expected headline at a build of 4 m barrels (though I've also seen expected at 3.7mln)

• Distillates poll showed expected draw of 3.1m bbls
• For gasoline poll showed expected draw 5m bbls
