The last time we heard from Bullard he was hinting that he wasn't eager to cut further. That was before the stock market rolled over.
In the past, Bullard has shown that he's quick to switch gears based on the stock market. He famously turned around equities in 2014 hinting at QE4 after five days of selling in markets that were tied to a bizarre ebola scare.
