The Senate is back in session this week and that means healthcare reform is back on the agenda. Or maybe it's not. Today Republican Senator John McCain said it's 'probably going to be dead'.

Mnuchin also hinted that the tax plan is only going to be for 10 years, which means it's not going to be comprehensive and might not even require the savings from healthcare.
