USD/CAD down a half cent
USD/CAD slipped below last week's low of 1.3287 but only by 4 pips so far. The fresh low marks the worst level since March 3 and it comes as oil prices rise once again -- hitting a four-month high of $59.57.
The big hope for the loonie comes later today with the Federal government releasing a budget they hope will stimulate the economy and win them the election, which is due in about 6 months.
