The more positive vibes reverberate to Europe in early trades

This mirrors the more optimistic tone in Asia earlier and in US futures, which are up by ~0.8% as we look to get things going on the session.
That is keeping the dollar and yen modestly lower for now, with EUR/USD and GBP/USD near session highs at 1.1960 and 1.3370 respectively.
