- unemployment rate 5.4% vs 5.5% exp/prev
- total employment rose by 140k to a record 73.6%
- total unemployed fell by 79k
Softer wages report sends GBP lower and sees GBPUSD down to 1.5287 and EURGBP up to 0.7460
Not enough in this to make a significant impact though and unexpected improvement in unemployment rate, lowest since 2008, will temper losses despite a worse claims figure
