Adobe analytics say 9.4 billion was spent through cyber Monday

Up sharply from last year

Adobe analytics is out with their estimates for the black Friday/cyber Monday sales.  They say that 9.4 billion was spent through cyber Monday. That is an increase of 19.7% from last year.  

I wonder if the late Thanksgiving is a contributor to the pent up spending boom this year. Of course on the other side is the stock gains and strong employment which is also good news for Christmas sales potential.
