More signs that China is preparing for a long trade war

Chinese Premier Li Keqiang said the country has room to use policy tools for macro-adjustment. He said the country will expand tax cuts to simulate the economy.

It's abundantly clear that China is preparing for an extended battle with the US on tariffs and trade. Or at least it's doing a very good job of bluffing.
