Crude oil futures tumbling. Down over 5% on the day now.

The price of crude oil futures are continuing its tumble lower.

The front contract is now trading at $47.16, athat is down -$2.70 or -5.47% on the day.

The low reached $47.05. The September 11, 2017 low reached $47.00. A move below it will look toward the August 2017 swing low at $45.58.

With oil falling, it helps to keep price pressures down. Some of the declines are also attributed to expectations for lower oil demand on slower economic growth.
