Laughable if it wasn’t so sad/serious, and once again I stress I take no sides in these reports.
Update: RIA quotes the Russian defence agency as saying:
The soldiers really did participate in a patrol of a section of the Russia-Ukraine border, crossed it by accident on an unmarked section, and as far as we understand showed no resistance to the armed forces of Ukraine when they were detained
I guess it will feature in today’s discussions and hopefully a sensible conclusion/outcome reached
