AUD/USD a few tics higher, RBA Governor Lowe testimony suspended

Reserve Bank of Australia Governor Lowe's comments so far are here:

• RBA's Lowe says the Australian economy has turned a corner

The RBA made significant policy changes at the November meeting and held policy steady at yesterday's December meeting. Don't expect much new from Lowe today, the Bank will be asse4ssing its November moves in the months ahead before deciding on next steps.

So far what Lowe has said has largely been reiteration. As always he is painting an optimistic view.
