Australian PM says COVID-19 vaccination program to begin in "mid to late February"

Prior scheduling was for a start in early March (prior to that was late March).

Prime Minister Morrison now:

• vaccination of high priority groups will begin in "mid to late February"
• Pfizer vaccine likely to be approved by Therapeutic Goods Administration late in January, the AstraZeneca/Oxford in February
