Barnier says he hopes to report to EU about Brexit bill agreement in coming days

So it's a deal or no deal ? We have to wait and see but pound still liking the positive vibe. Political fall-out for May & Co if UK agrees to a far bigger bill has not yet been factored in but I'm happy to bide my time still.
