I'm skeptical about the headline here

Reuters is reporting the headline but the only story that I can find is this tweet from BBC's political editor, Laura Kuenssberg, which doesn't sound nearly as convincing as what the headline comment suggests:

Either way, it is enough to give the pound an extra lift in the London morning with cable back up to 1.3310 currently after languishing around 1.3270-90 earlier.

Update: The headline looks to be a really poor interpretation of the tweet and something which is taken out of context but so far the pound isn't backing off just yet. These were the Reuters headlines:
