A light calendar day to end the week

Good day, everyone! Hope you're all doing well as we get into European trading later. It's the final day of what has been a tumultuous week but certainly plenty of play on both sides of the trading coin.

To round off the week, the European session calendar is a bit of a dud so let's see what the ebb and flow will bring to the table.

0600 GMT - Germany June PPI figures

Prior release can be found here. Rough gauge of inflationary pressures, but a lagging data point since we already had CPI readings earlier. A minor data point.

0800 GMT - Eurozone May current account balance

Prior release can be found here. An indication of new flows in or out of the Eurozone economy, not a substantial data point by any means.

0830 GMT - UK June public borrowing data

Prior report can be found here. A data point that doesn't offer too much and with the market focused on the BOE and Brexit, the data here isn't going to be of any attention.

That's all for the session, but do look out for potential Brexit risks as the EU will be hosting a meeting to discuss on Article 50/white paper although comments yesterday is suggestive that there won't be any firm conclusions. I would expect more "unworkable" comments more than anything else.

Alright then, I wish you all the best of days ahead and as always good luck with your trading!
