Fresh comments out from both EU and US 9 March
At least they're agreed on one thing even they can't deal their way out of a paper bag on Brexit!
EU Commission:
- welcomes positive developments on Korean peninsula
- this could create conditions toward a negotiated solution
- we believe Trump's readiness to meet is also a positive development
UK:
- welcomes progress towards talks
- Britain will keep up pressure on NK
- will continue to enforce sanctions until NK match words with actions
