May must decide on Brexit extension

The EU is likely to tell Theresa May that she must decide by mid-April to extend Brexit to 2020 or risk a no-deal Brexit in three months, according to a Bloomberg report.

The EU would essentially be giving her an ultimatum to get a deal through parliament in three weeks. If she can't, there will be no more delays.

The EU will also continue to insist that the current deal can't be reopened, in an effort to squeeze the ERG and other pro-Brexit members who want a hard Brexit.
