Further on Japan capital flows into Asian neighbours

On Saturday I posted Japan to ‘support’ Southeast Asian bond markets which pointed out moves by Japan to invest in the Pan Asia Bond Index Fund (which buys government bonds issued by Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore and Thailand).
