Italy's Tria: Growth-friendly policies can be gradually implemented

Certainly seems like he's more confident that things will go his way when it comes to the budget now. The mention of growth-friendly policies to be implemented gradually is basically saying that Five-Star's election promises may have a place in the future, but not in the current fiscal plan.
