Italy is doing what is needed to stabilize its debt
It is important to continue with structural efforts in 2020 after improvement this year
2020 budget to accord with EU fiscal rules
Italy's personal income tax should be cut
Direct taxes to be lowered but offset by indirect taxes

The EU finance ministers are meeting in Brussels today. ECB Draghi is expected to attend. There may be some chirps from the members but nothing official is scheduled.
