Japanese CPI, Chinese industrial profits on the calendar

Ed is off today but I’m going to do whatever is necessary to undermine the euro. And believe me, it will be enough.

Japanese CPI and retail sales are on the calendar at 2330 GMT and 2350 GMT, respectively.

At 0130 GMT, Chinese industrial profits for June are on the docket, as well as the MNI business sentiment indicator.

I would expect to see more volatility than usual for a Friday Asian session. Today is Mick Jagger’s 69th birthday, so I hope you like the Rolling Stones.
