Moscovici: EU has done everything it could for a Brexit deal

Comments by European Commission vice president, Pierre Moscovici

• There won't be new negotiations by 29 March
• Hard Brexit risk has substantially increased
• EU states must prepare customs for hard Brexit

Moscovici is also saying that the deal that was defeated in the UK parliament yesterday was the "last chance" of a Brexit deal. Plenty of big talk, but it's still expected that they will allow for an Article 50 extension at the end of the day.
