My spider-sense is tingling on this one. This could be some disinformation to keep an announcement a surprise. The location is a bit of a giveaway. It's in Washington, which would give Trump a chance to take some pictures and declare victory.
Then again, that would probably leak. Nothing is a secret in a deal that big.
In any case, it's something to watch out for.
