Canada's foreign minister will not be in Washington on Monday to continue meeting with US trade rep Lightizer

Freeland will be in Ottawa for the return of parliament

Freeland wasn't in Washington late last week either. Continued absence is probably not a positive sign for progress but she'll be back.
