Russia energy minister Novak on the wires
- Says he spoke to Saudi energy minister Al-Falih yesterday
- Volumes, timing of OPEC+ recovery still under discussion
The two are of course meeting ahead of the opening match of the World Cup later today. We'll also see Putin meet up with the Saudi crown prince some time this week to discuss on oil matters as well, but so far Russia and Saudi Arabia seem to be sharing a general view on how to go about the oil output cut agreement.
