Portugal rating raised
Moody's raised Portugal's credit rating to Baa3 from Ba1 and changed the outlook to stable from positive.
Portugal had a rating of Aa2 back in 2010 but was downgraded several times before falling to Ba3 in 2012. It's slowly crawled back since but this was the first upgrade since 2014.
