OPEC might not be able to announce extension
The bare-minimum for next week's OPEC+ meeting was supposed to be an extension of 3-6 months beyond April but now Russia is pouring cold water on that. Oil minister Novak says Russia would rather wait-and-see before committing.
Oil is down nearly 3% on the day on this.
