- Boris Johnson's views on Brexit are well known, he set them out during referendum campaign
PM May on a damage limitation exercise in the light of Bojo's Brexit article published in the Telegraph on Saturday and widely seen to be him at the start of a leadership campaign.
In the article entitled "My vision for a bold, thriving Britain enabled by Brexit" he said:
"Once we have settled our accounts, we will take back control of roughly £350m per week.
"It would be a fine thing, as many of us have pointed out, if a lot of that money went on the NHS."
He also said he opposed paying the EU to secure temporary access to the single market during a transitional phase after the UK's departure in comments that have divided the UK govt.
