There is some serious confusion here

Conservatives need to defeat this amendment. this one would wrestle the legislative agenda away from Conservatives and give it to parliament. It calls for a delay and time for parliament to find a Brexit consensus and would give parliament indicative votes on the kind of Brexit it wants.

Up first is an amendment to the amendment. It seeks to insert a June 30 date into Amendment I.

I believe voting on the actual Amendment I comes next. I'm not sure how to handicap the significance of this first vote but by putting a time limit on the Article 50 extension it would give the actual Amendment I a better chance of success.

There is a lot of confusion here. Many traders believe this is Amendment I, but this is an amendment to the amendment.
