More optimism
Trump says the US will do well with or without a Chinese deal.
Kudlow is also doing the rounds and said Trump and Xi could meet late this month or in April. There was a NYT report yesterday that said Xi was wary of planning a trip until the deal was virtually done. He's worried that Trump plans to spring a surprise and that he would risk losing face at home if he had to walk away.
