Yup, it sure doesn't look like things are going well on the trade front between the US and the EU
Trump makes a mention via Twitter as per below:
"Harley Davidson has struggled with Tariffs with the EU, currently paying 31%. They've had to move production overseas to try and offset some of that Tariff that they've been hit with which will rise to 66% in June of 2021." @MariaBartiromo So unfair to U.S. We will Reciprocate!
Not exactly the kind of thing you'd want to hear if you're Cecilia Malmstrom. It's only a matter of time before this brews into something similar to what we're seeing between the US and China currently. After this, Japan will be next in line.
