The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) House Price Balance measures the percentage of surveyors reporting a house price increase in their designated area.

Comes in at +6% for August
  • expected was flat at 0%
  • July was 1%
  • RICS say London house prices weakest reading since 2008
  • Number of house for sale in UK has not grown since November of last year
This data indicator does not tend to move the FX much at all.
