The report says the agreement would include some agricultural concessions from China and the US would provide tariffs relief.
A separate report from Politico says:
"There's a floor deal for delaying the October 15 tariff increase and the December 15 hike is being actively discussed," said Derek Scissors, a China expert at the American Enterprise Institute, who sometimes advises the White House.
A third report from Reuters says the deal discussed late yesterday included a currency pact and a delay in tariffs initially planned for Tuesday.
