US Def Sec Mattis on North Korea - threatens massive response

US Secretary of Defense James Mattis on the North Korea nuclear test over the weekend (North Korea says it has successfully tested a hydrogen bomb):

• "Any threat to the United States or its territories - including Guam - or our allies will be met with a massive military response, a response both effective and overwhelming."
• We are not looking for "the total annihilation" of North Korea, but "we have many options to do so.
