Consumer Inflation Expectation released by the Melbourne Institute presents the consumer expectations of future inflation during the next 12 months.
The Reserve Bank of Australia will be happy with the fall, the Bank does not want to see high expectations become entrenched.
This tends not to be a market mover, at the margin it's a negative for the AUD.
