S&P still can't get above the 2017 end of year close (but it is being pushed).

The 2nd look stalls again

In a prior post, I commented how the S&P was up but could not get above the closing level from 2017 at 2673.63. The price did back off from that level but has made another run at the level in the last hour and got even closer at 2673.51, only to be turned away again - at least for now.

Can the price push above and ignite more of a rally?  There is an hour to go in trading.
