He's referring to Draghi's relatively hawkish speech yesterday here. And with that, the euro's gains on the day has tempered a little. EUR/USD slips from 1.1770 to 1.1750 while EUR/JPY falls from 132.90 to 132.60 levels.

A slightly more moderate tone from Praet, offsetting that of Draghi's mild hawkish tones yesterday.
