Greek official says it appears Eurogroup has reached an accord

Bloomberg reports:

Eurogroup appears to have reached an agreement over Greece, a Greek official says in Brussels.

EUR/USD immediately jumps as high as 1.1430 from 1.1365 but the market is skeptical with the price quickly falling back to 1.1384. The market would much rather hear it from a non-Greek source. It's also strange because just a few minutes ago Reuters reported that Greek PM Tsipras asked European Council President Donald Tusk to convene an EU Summit on Sunday if no deal was reached today.
