Greece’s PM Antonis Samaras met European president elect Jean-Claude Junker today and he said that Greece won’t forget Junkers support for the country.

Speaking to reports after the meeting he said that the priority for Europe should be jobs and a focus on growth and that Greece is meeting all its targets and is entering a new era. He went on to mention that Greece avoided the kind of consequences suffered by Argentina.

I’m sure that makes everyone feel a little bit happier that the last few years of Greek problems could have been worse
