Before Yellen goes to Congress to testify, a fed report on policy will be published

Janet Yellen will testify before the House Financial Services Committee on July 12 - this is the regular Humphrey Hawkins appearance

• Prior to that the Federal Reserve will publish its monetary policy report (this is a twice yearly report), way ahead of time on July 7 (11am ET)
• The text of Yellen's prepared testimony will be out before her appearance, to be published at 8.30am ET on July 12
