Well, that's not exactly a new story as it's something that was highlighted since last year. If you need a refresher, total business investment in the UK fell in every quarter in 2018 (first time since the 90's) and that doesn't bode well for the economy as we begin the new year considering that Brexit is still nowhere near resolved.
