- changing the JGB 10-yr + maturities purchases to buy around JPY 150-350 bln per auction
- BOJ to buy between JPY 110-200 bln in JGBs up to 1 yr per auction
- will conduct JGB purchases in flexible manner
- revised auction guidance to be effective June 2
BOJ has already reduced its 10-yr + JGB purchases at two auctions this year. It cut the amount to JPY 180bln in Feb and to JPY 170 bln without revising previous guidance
