ECB President Mario Draghi is receiving an honorary degree today in Rome.

It’s not the proper forum for a speech on economic policy so I wouldn’t expect anything but there is always a chance he fine-tunes his comments on negative rates. Live video is here but he may be delivering the comments in Italian.

Update: He still hasn’t started, for some reason they had to show a 1920 Buster Keaton film before he started. Might not be until the top of the hour.
